Coaching and consulting for established entrepreneurs

You built your business doing what you needed to do. Now you get to decide.

It’s your business. On your terms.

You’ve been at this long enough to know what you’re good at, who you love working with, and what you don’t want to do anymore. That knowledge is the most valuable thing you own.

You feel the stir

Then comes the moment you ask, “How do I want my business to look and feel now?”

It can show up at any time. You’re cruising along, clients are great, revenue is solid, the calendar is full.

Or it shows up as a lack of motivation, procrastination, and a feeling that you want something different.

Either way, the stirring is information, because who you were when you built your business isn’t who you are now.

You’ve grown into an entrepreneur who wants a business that better aligns with who you are becoming.

No more “have to.” Now it’s “get to.”

The direction is different for everyone. What everyone has in common is that they’ve earned the right to choose the life they love.

I

Scale, either direction

Scaling up, with a model built to support it. Scaling back without earning less. Charging more and working less.

II

Simplify what you have

Serving the clients you actually want, or fewer of them. Simplifying an offer that got complicated.

III

Build what’s next

Building something new with everything you’ve learned and earned. Building toward a sale, a succession, or a legacy.

What I hear most

Three things, almost always in this order.

Twenty years of these conversations, and it’s remarkably consistent.

One

“I can feel something is next, I just can’t see it yet.”

What that calls forClarity about what’s next for you, created intentionally and aligned with who you are now.

Two

“What I’m doing now doesn’t feel aligned with where I want to go.”

What that calls forA plan for getting from here to there, built for someone with an established business, not someone starting from zero.

Three

“I’ve taken enough risks. I don’t want to get this one wrong.”

What that calls forYou know how to build. You need confidence to execute, and someone alongside you to get it right the first time.

What changes

You walk in with a business that is successful. You walk out with a business that’s on purpose.

You walk in with

  • A business built around what worked
  • Rules you inherited
  • A schedule that happened
  • Clients you said yes to
  • Offers that made sense at the time

You walk out with

  • A business built around who you are now
  • Rules you write
  • A schedule you design
  • Clients you choose
  • Offers you want to deliver

About Kim

I know this moment from both sides of the table.

I ran my own business for eighteen years and it served me well. I was prosperous, happy, had amazing clients and colleagues, traveled the world, and made some of my closest friendships. Then I started to feel the stir.

This is the entrepreneur’s journey. It comes with age and mileage and a certain amount of success. When you get enough of all three, you start moving through the world on your own terms.

You couldn’t have done this work any earlier. It took every one of those years to get you here, and they weren’t a detour. They are what made you ready.

You’ve done the hard part. Now you are ready to grow your business, on your terms.

You’re not the only one

The first thing people say is some version of “I thought it was just me.”

It isn’t just you. There’s a wave of established, successful entrepreneurs asking the same question.

“I thought I was the only one feeling this. Finding people who got it, without me having to explain why success wasn’t the finish line, changed everything.”

“I didn’t need somebody to hand me a new business model. I needed help seeing what I was actually ready to build. That’s what this gave me.”
